The team
William Brooks
Founder
Will has 20 years in the insurance market, including transactional risk and legal indemnity at CLS Risk Solutions and as Head of Strategy and Distribution at DUAL Asset Underwriting, and now builds software for the industry. He knows how a submission becomes a policy and where the spreadsheets hide, so clients talk to him in insurance language and the team turns it into the build. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside work, he runs NerdsLab, a coding club for local kids.
Susann Wreschniok
Head of Operations
Susann keeps the business running smoothly: operations, scheduling, client onboarding and making sure every project and person has what they need. She brings years of client-services and operations experience, including running a major investment-bank account for a corporate guest-services company.
Juan Blanco
Head of Delivery
Juan leads our build team. He turns scoped workflows into working systems (CRM configuration, automation, integrations and AI tooling) and keeps delivery moving week to week. He also leads how the team uses AI in its own work.
Daniel Gómez
Software Developer
Daniel is part of our build team. He works on the CRM automations, integrations and AI tools behind our client projects, turning a mapped process into something that runs every day without anyone thinking about it.
Juan Ignacio Soriano
Software Developer
Juan Ignacio builds and maintains the systems our clients rely on (automations, integrations and the data work underneath them). He likes the unglamorous part done properly: clean data, tested releases, nothing breaking on a Monday morning.
